Keystone Customer Portal is Now Available

Announcing Our NEW Customer Portal!

We are excited to announce that access to our Customer Portal is now available to all active customers. The portal will allow access into your account where you can see:

  • Sales Orders
  • Invoices
  • Credit Memos
  • Tracking Information
  • Account Statements
  • And more…

Fill out the form below to gain access to your account. You will receive an email from our system NetSuite and be prompted to create a password before being directed to the portal.

Save this email or bookmark the portal URL for future reference.  If you loose your password or the URL link you can email portal@kpbrush.com or reach out to your Account Manager.

 

How To Use

See All Transactions – This link takes you to a screen that allows you to see Credit Memo’s Invoices, Quotes, and Sales Orders. Just select the Type you want from the drop down in the Filter section in the top left of the screen.

To go back to the Home screen click on the House icon in the top left of the screen.

Tracking Orders – Under the Quick Links section on the Home screen there is a link called Tracking Lookup. This will open a page that will allow you to search for orders and find the tracking information.

The shipping carrier is listed along with the tracking number. The tracking number in most cases is hyper linked to the shippers site. If the feature is unavailable from the carrier, you can click on Contact Keystone and an email window will open allowing you to email us for the tracking information.
