[Video] The Keystone All-Pro Strip Broom

Watch our informative video on the Keystone All-Pro Strip Broom to discover everything you need to know for efficient and reliable sweeping.

Our All-Pro Strip Broom is an alternative to traditional Tube Brooms. It provides efficient sweeping, simple storage, ease of disposal, and simplified broom changes. It includes individual polypropylene strips mounted on a mandrel, forming a full-size, densely bristled broom. When the broom is removed from the sweeper, the expansion shaft must be removed from the middle. It will be used to adapt the mandrel of the All-Pro Strip Broom.

The Mandrel
The All-Pro Strip Broom slides into the tracks and is intended for one-time use; however, customers have utilized it for about 2-4 years. Once the mandrel is installed, it will be loaded with the broom. To load, slide the All-Pro Strip Broom into the steel channels. The plastic will not wear the steel strip, and 18 of the strips will make 1 set. The center sweep mandrel allows collected debris to settle evenly in the sweeper hopper, eliminating wear and the need for frequent adjustments caused by debris collecting to one side.

Construction and Design of the Strip Broom
The All-Pro Strip Broom is made of 100% virgin polypropene plastic, which is recyclable. The center sweep chevron shape is designed to windrow the sweepings into the middle of the sweeping path, up the center of the elevator, and fill the hopper from the inside out.

This system has been designed to have two strips engaging the ground at all times. The first strip is on its way up when the third strip engages, giving it a high-performing, trail-free sweeping path. These strips are 100% recyclable, thin, and easy to stack and dispose of.

The All-Pro Strip Brooms are typically sold as 18 strips per box. A standard skid will hold 15 sets of strip brooms, meaning you’ll get 15 broom changes on one skid, reducing the cost of transportation compared to the traditional tube broom.
