This site will allow access into your account where you can place new orders and accomplish many other things such as:

• place new sales orders and review order history
• check invoices
• review Credit Memos
• find tracking information on open orders
• review Account Statements
• and more!

How to Use the Portal

See All Transactions – This link takes you to a screen that allows you to see Credit Memo’s Invoices, Quotes, and Sales Orders. Just select the Type you want from the drop down in the Filter section in the top left of the screen.

To go back to the Home screen click on the House icon in the top left of the screen.

Tracking Orders – Under the Quick Links section on the Home screen there is a link called Tracking Lookup. This will open a page that will allow you to search for orders and find the tracking information.

The shipping carrier is listed along with the tracking number. The tracking number in most cases is hyper linked to the shippers site. If the feature is unavailable from the carrier, you can click on Contact Keystone and an email window will open allowing you to email us for the tracking information.
